All fees are inclusive of GST and in Australian Dollars.

Early bird cut-off is Midnight 3rd October 2025.
Late fees will be charged after this date.

*to be eligible for a student registration, you must be studying for Honours, Masters or PhD. If you are in paid employment as a postdoctoral fellow, you are not eligible for student registration.

Welcome Reception

Venue: QT Ballroom
Cost: Included with all full registration fees. Extra tickets: $80 per person.

Stem Stellar Mingle Night

Date: Tuesday 11th November 2025
Time: 7.00 pm - 10.00 pm
Venue: Miami Marketta, 23 Hillcrest Parade, Miami
Cost: Member and Non Member $150
Student Tickets: $75 per person

Our Stem Stellar Mingle Night will be held at the eclectic night market, Miami Marketta.

Miami Marketta is the unexpected Events venue, with an art filled laneway and internal bars filled with industrial opulence.  When it comes to dining, we will take your tastebuds on a global journey with casual Street Food style. From Italy, to the streets of Brazil and many countries in between join us for a culinary delight.

Make your own way to the venue. Anticipated travel time from QT: 30-40 minutes each way.

All tickets are an additional cost:
$150 - full registration
$75 - student registration
Extra tickets available for $150 per person.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 30 September 2025. There is an $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our Conference Manager,  reg@themeetingpeople.com.au.

PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only with MasterCard or Visa only).  Please contact the Secretariat electronic banking transfer details.  All registrations need to be submitted via the online registration and they will be acknowledged by return email. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received. Payments will be listed on your credit card statement with The Meeting People Pty Ltd.

FEDERAL GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.

LIABILITY
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the ASSCR and the Meeting Managers of the Conference accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

PRIVACY
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
